We collaborate with several high quality experienced mold builders in Germany, Denmark and Switzerland.
When moving to high volume production, we perform an essential and intensive Design review . Molding tools range from Multi-Cavity, Micro MIM, Insert-Molding to Multi-Slider inserts. Our tools are so complex, we can add structures to the surface and inner/outer threaded features.
The tools go through a full clearance procedure including First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) before being approved for production.
