Molding Simulation
Element22 uses injection molding simulation to predict the molding of Titanium MIM products.
Your part will be analyzed for an appropriate gate position and best overall molding tool design. The simulation allows to minimize the risks of heat sinks, visible weld lines and air entrapment. This tool reduces development time and costs, as well as avoiding expensive mistakes. The results are available as a presentation and as an interactive 3D file. The viewer allows you to watch the filling process of your product in 3D.
