Extrusion

We are capable to extrude profiles from Titanium and its alloys.

We can also extrude capillary or multi capillary tubes out of Titanium that have excellent strength and corrosion resistance. Due to our equipment, length of extrudes parts after sintering is 700 mm or shorter. This technology is especially of interest since we can extrude alloys like Ti6Al4V, that cannot be cold formed.

The extruded tube can be attached to other Titanium parts by Diffusion Bonding.
