High volume production requires advanced molding tools, automated production processes and intense part design review.
We precisely specify the molding tools’ requirements and review the mold design before the mold is manufactured. Moldflow and sinter simulations are critical for identifying potential issues and keeping the project on track. Parts are removed from the tool by pick-and-place robotics with quantities ranging from 5,000 to > 1Million parts /year.
